The Community Foundation of Boone County (CFBC) is pleased to announce its successful completion of the Million Dollar Match Campaign.  Lilly Endowment challenged our community to raise $1 million by Boone County for Boone County.  Through the generosity of community donors, the Community Foundation’s assets increased by $2.25 million, including Lilly Endowment’s match.  The Community Foundation now will be able to grant more than $1 million each year to serve Boone County.   • CFBC Names Reynolds President & CEO

    The Community Foundation of Boone County announced today that Kristi Reynolds has been named President and CEO of the Community Foundation of Boone County.

    Reynolds, who has led fund development and communications for the Foundation since 2015, has served as Co-Interim Leader since March. Kristi has professional experience in program development, grant writing, fundraising, counseling and case management. She will begin as new leadership on June 1, 2016.

    On May 11th, the Boone County Leadership 2016 class graduated 24 caring and committed leaders of Boone County who spent 9 months learning about how they can better serve our community. Click here to learn more and see the list of graduates!

  • Thomasson Honors his Zionsville Mentor with Scholarship Fund

    The Community Foundation of Boone County is pleased to announce the establishment of the Oliver L. Warner Educational Scholarship Fund.  It was established by Jeff H. Thomasson and will award approximately $8,000 per year in perpetuity, thanks to the generosity of Mr. Thomasson and his desire to honor long-time Zionsville educator, friend and mentor, Oliver Warner.   This generous gift makes it one of the largest scholarship funds managed by the Community Foundation of Boone County.
