We’ve worked hard to ensure that we have a growing endowment which generates income to address needs in Boone County.  The Community Endowment of Boone County, commonly referred to as the Unrestricted Fund, makes up the largest portion of our grant dollars.  In 2010, $302,900 was granted throughout the county from this fund.

In addition to the Unrestricted Fund, many generous donors have established funds which benefit causes that matter to them. When a proposal is submitted to the CFBC, we look at all funding options available to ensure the most prudent use of our funds.
