Tablescapes - In Support of an Emergency Shelter for Boone County

The Community Foundation of Boone County presented "Tablescapes" on October 13 & 14, 2003, at Ulen Country Club in Lebanon to support the establishment of a Boone County women's shelter and to raise awareness of the problems created by domestic violence. The two-part event included a Preview Party of 23 decorated tables on Monday, October 13. The following day, luncheon guests gathered to view silent auction and raffle gifts, tour the tablescapes, and hear Emmy award winner and former WRTV co-anchor Diane Willis speak.

The Donaldson's Finer Chocolates tablescape won the "People's Choice Award," and the Witham Health Services tablescape won the "Chairman's Award."
