Background

Established By: John and Charlene Roth, residents of Boone County, in memory of Charlene's parents. Although it is administered by the Boone County Community Foundations, it is given to qualified students of Brownwood High School in Brownwood, Texas, who are deserving of financial assistance and who are likely to succeed as college or university or as vocational/technical students.
