Background

Established By: Sam Fix in memory of his parents. It is funded by an annual euchre tournament. Sam retired in 1994 from Zionsville Community Middle School, where he served as a teacher, coach and athletic director.

Special Characteristics: Dedication to athletics throughout Zionsville Community Middle School and ZCHS, and exhibiting motivation, responsibility and good moral character.
Special Preference: To be awarded to one male student and one female student
