Background

Established By: It was established by Morris D. and Patricia Ramsey in honor of her parents Harold and Evelyn Rice. The Rices were very involved in the Dover Christian Church as long-time Sunday school teachers. Harold was also an elder of the church and Evelyn was active in the Ladies Aid program.

Residency: Dover Christian Church
Enrollment: Any accredited* Christian Bible College
*(Accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.)
Specialized Study: Preaching Ministry
Special Characteristics: No
Special Preference: A young man who is an active member of the Dover Christian Church and is enrolled in a Christian Bible College for the purpose of preparing for a preaching ministry.

In years when no appropriate student is available, this scholarship will not be granted.

Minimum GPA: 2.5 (4.0 system)
