Background

Established By: Roscoe and Charlene were long-time residents of Thorntown, Indiana. Their Trust Agreement was made for a contribution to establish a scholarship for a Western Boone student. It is their goal to provide financial assistance to a deserving Western Boone senior who plans to further their education in an accredited college or university.

Special Preference: No
Financial Need: No
Minimum GPA: Have and maintain at least a "C" average

Method: Check made payable directly to the higher education institution. Recipient must provide Western Boone Education Foundation with the name and address of the institution
