BOOST!- Building Organizations’ Operational Strength Today, was a competitive grant program designed to help agencies that have recently experienced budget shortfalls and deficits. In 2011, the Community Foundation granted operating support to 19 Boone County nonprofit organizations, allowing them to continue to meet community needs during an economic recession.
