MEET JESSICA STOKELY, CONNECT BOONE COUNTY COORDINATOR

The Community Foundation of Boone County has named Jessica Stokely as the Connect Boone County Coordinator. In her role, Jessica will coordinate the development and public education of the Connect Boone County online platform by meeting with nonprofits to promote, assist with, and educate on how Connect Boone County connects volunteers and nonprofits.

As a resident of Boone County for 30+ years with over 20 years of experience working with local nonprofit organizations, Jessica brings a deep appreciation and knowledge of Boone County to this position. As someone who has dedicated her life to working with nonprofit organizations, she has experienced firsthand the disconnect when trying to find meaningful volunteer opportunities and other ways to help local nonprofits. She brings these experiences and knowledge with her, along with a strong passion to connect volunteers to fill organizational needs and raise awareness of how the public can better and more purposefully serve our Boone County nonprofits.

“Our team is ecstatic to have Jessica join us”, said Jodi Gietl, CFBC President & CEO. “With her passions and experiences, we are excited to have her representing CFBC in Boone County, while establishing, promoting, and growing the Connect Boone County mobile application. Our nonprofit community is going to love her!”

“I deeply value and applaud the accomplishments CFBC has made in our community”, said Stokely. “I believe I can further connect the goals and mission of CFBC to the needs of fellow Boone County residents in the position of Connect Boone County Coordinator. This is truly an honor and privilege!”
