Special Grant initiatives are determined each year by our board of directors. Check back regularly to see new updates and initiatives. Here are a few recent examples:

Mini Art Grants

In 2014 and 2015 the Community Arts Endowment, supported in part by the Back to the Fifties Festival, Inc. offered grants of up to $500 to local non-profit organizations and to public school teachers in grades pre-K through grade 12 to enhance the arts in the community.   This grant was for items or equipment that would have long-term impact, not just one-time use (microphones, sheet music, costumes, permanent backdrops, electronic equipment, etc.)  The purpose of this granting initiative was to enhance the availability of the performing and visual arts in Boone County through music, theatre, dance, & visual arts.  Our goal was to allow teachers or non- profits to become creative without being hindered by cost. See the grants below for details!
