The following grants were made from the Community Impact Fund or a combination funds through our competitive grant cycle.

Spring 2017 Boys & Girls Club of Zionsville SMART decisions: Comprehensive focused program for youth between 10-18 years old to increase their knowledge and the skills needed in making smart decisions about their health.
Spring 2017 Lebanon STEM Foundation Establish a STEM innovative lab at Lebanon Middle School , that will serve and impact students in Lebanon and the surrounding school corporations.
Spring 2017 Town of Jamestown Bullet proof vests for reserve police officers
Fall 2016 Black Box Theatre Company “Character For All” scholarships, a program which helps those who do not have the financial means to participate in extracurricular arts programs.
Fall 2016 Lebanon Community School Corporation “Stewards of Children” is a youth sexual abuse prevention program for school staff members and law enforcement representatives from Lebanon and Whitestown.
Fall 2016 ARC of Greater Boone County Literacy classes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Fall 2016 Lebanon Kiwanis Club Boone County Kiwanis Youth Global Leadership Academy
Fall 2016 Boone Co. Community Clinic / Riggs Community Health Center Funds for the development of a Boone County dental clinic – CFBC is funding the purchase of equipment for this project.
Fall 2016 Boone County Mentoring Partnership Supporting the operations of this 1:1 mentoring program that serves youth who need additional guidance of a strong role model.
Spring 2016 The Caring Center A 13-16 week class entitled, “Getting Ahead in a Just-Getting-By World–Building Resources for a Better Life.” Course to be offered Fall 2016-Winter 2017
Spring 2016 Connect 2 Help Technology for a new facility which will be used to train employees who provide an important service to BC residents in need
Spring 2016 Lebanon High School “Camptown” programming for approximately 20 certificate track, special needs students at LHS.
Spring 2016 BC Child Advocacy Center Pilot program for a mental health initiative
Spring 2016 Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding Inc. Technology for program expansion
Spring 2016 Lebanon Community of Shalom Part-time employee to provide support during the height of programming & help build  organization’s capacity.
Spring 2016 Boone County Mentoring Partnership Graduation Coaching program for 2016-2017 school year:
Spring 2016 New Life Recovery Home for men Roof and wall repair to the facility.
Spring 2016 Vincennes University Learning Unlimited program which provides opportunities for higher education Boone County residents
Spring 2016 Friends of Boone County Trails Pave a section of the trail between Lebanon and Thorntown
Fall 2015  Girls on the Run To provide 40 local girls a scholarship to participate on a “Girls on the Run” team; two teams in WEBO school district and three in the Lebanon school district
Fall 2015 The Cabin Counseling To begin outdoor climbing adventure therapy: specifically, gear to kick start a new emerging field of counseling in Boone County.  Therapy is for groups of middle and high school boys to climb, hike and camp while engaging in counseling objectives
Fall 2015 Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry To pay for the butchering, cutting and wrapping of donated deer, large game and livestock.  Funds will provide over 7,400 meals to BC residents in need.”
Fall 2015 Boone County Cancer Society To provide monthly nutrition classes, weekly yoga classes, patient and caregiver support groups and comfort kits.  Partnering with Witham
Fall 2015 Aspire To provide job coaching to improve job retention rates among BC adults with significant mental or physical barriers to employment.
Fall 2015 BC Mentoring Partnership To provide seed funds to support continued operation and activities as the program secures its 501(c)3
Fall 2015 SullivanMunce Cultural Center To updating exhibits and programming in the museum with the theme of “Mysteries from History” as well as to incorporate the theme into genealogy programming and art exhibition, programming and classes
Spring 2015 BC Youth Assistance Program To provide seed funds to support the executive director and begin implementation of the youth assistance program in Boone County
Spring 2015 Families First To provide 20 additional counseling scholarships to families who have limited income or are unable to pay for services
Spring 2015 Lydia Safe Families for Children To expand services into Boone County:  specifically, to support 10 host families, material, outreach & placement and hire a part-time employee to coordinate all functions of safe families
Spring 2015 Presbyterian Preschool Ministry To provide scholarship funding for low-mid economic family population
Spring 2015 1st Presbyterian Church To provide capital improvements: for foundation work & surfacing of green space for a park located next to church and on the downtown Lebanon square
Spring 2015 Witham Family YMCA To expand YMCA’s pre-school enrichment program for children ages 2-5 years old
Spring 2015 Salvation Army-Boone County extension To provide emergency assistance programming to Boone County residents
Spring 2015 Lebanon Kiwanis Club To provide youth leadership programming: BC Kiwanis Youth Global leadership academy for high school youth at 3 Boone County high schools.”
Spring 2015 1st Presbyterian Church To create a Pocket Park in downtown Lebanon: for foundation work & surfacing of green space for a park located next to church and on the downtown Lebanon square.”
Spring 2015 Indy Reads:  Boone County To support joint literacy coalition building with Indy Reads: Boone County, the Arc of Greater Boone County & Lebanon Public Library.
Fall 2014 BC Child Advocacy Center To provide capital support: Renovations to create disability access to the building and conversion of an existing kitchen into an interviewing room for children and families with disabilities.
Fall 2014 Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Inc. To support the school-based pantry programs at Hattie B. Stokes Elementary and Western Boone Jr/Sr. High School.
Fall 2014 About Special Kids  To provide information, peer support, training and education to positively impact families of children living in Boone County with special needs.
Fall 2014 Lebanon Area Boys & Girls Club To support the SCORE Mentoring Program and capacity building efforts through purchase of the Innovative Mentoring database
Fall 2014 Arc of Greater Boone County  Multi-year grant for Transition Coordinator continued
Fall 2014 Lebanon Educational Foundation/Lebanon High School To provide operational support to the LHS Graduation coaching program for 2015-2016 school year

Spring 2014 Arc of Greater Boone County To provide seed funds for new program. A multi-year request to begin the Transition Coordinator position which provides services to students with disabilities and their transition out of high school and into the next chapter of their lives.
Spring 2014 Witham Family YMCA To support teen programming: Provide funding for monthly teen nights and after school extracurricular activities including equipment and supplies.
Spring 2014 Lebanon Area Boys & Girls Club To fund the first Lego league robotics club at Lebanon Area Boys and Girls Club.  It is a partnership with Boone County 4-H and the Lebanon STEM Foundation.
Spring 2014 Boone County Child Advocacy Center To create office space for mental health clinician; install wheel chair ramp; provide mental health assessments; provide funds for prevention program-stewards of children and smart steps to Boone County schools
Spring 2014 Lebanon Community of Shalom To support the Shalom Kids Sack Lunch Program: Funding for 400 children to receive two weeks worth of sack lunches.  This is a multi-year request. Funds approved for 2 years.
Spring 2014 Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding To build an indoor arena and sensory garden. Funds for the final phase of the project were used for construction of an interactive family waiting area and for interior finishes to the arena
Spring 2014 Boys & Girls Club of Zionsville To support the Education with Impact Program.  Funding provided two portable classrooms at Zionsville West Boys and Girls Club allowing for 60 youth to be served in an educational media center and an arts room, increasing capacity to serve youth.
Spring 2014 United Way of Central Indiana To provide scholarship support for the Boone County Leadership Program, offering non-profits discounted tuition

Spring 2014 Love INC  To expand the ‘Pathfinder program’  which teaches citizens ways to become less dependence upon the community and government and provides for basic needs in life
