Post Graduate Scholarships

Allen F. Wharry Memorial Scholarship

For students who have completed at least one year of law school at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University, Indianapolis.

This scholarship does not require an application. Please send a resume and cover letter to:

DR. HIGGINS SCHOLARSHIP

For students who have been accepted into an accredited medical school and who attended high school or have lived in either Boone or Tippecanoe County. The amount of the scholarship is valued at $10,000 per year renewable for up to four years. It is awarded from a fund established at the Community Foundation in memory of Dr. Otis C. and Blanche D. Higgins, and may be used at any medical school in the U.S.

Current College Students

BOONE COUNTY AGRICULTURE SCHOLARSHIP FOR CURRENT COLLEGE STUDENTS

Open to current college students who are majoring in Agriculture or an Agriculture related field and who’s permanent residency is in Boone County.

Application deadline is February 7, 2019.

High School Students

VERLYN (JAY) MARTIN VOCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

In addition to students at LHS, WeBo and ZHS, students at Tri-West Hendricks County High School are eligible for this scholarship. This scholarships is for senior students who will enter an accredited vocational, trade or technical school.
